Terms of use
1. The service
nerd provides a private dashboard for one Klaviyo-connected business account. The service imports reporting data from Klaviyo and presents performance, campaign, creative, flow, and retention views.
2. Your account and Klaviyo access
You must provide accurate account details and have authority to connect the Klaviyo account. Keep your sign-in details secure. The service uses the supplied Klaviyo credential only for the documented read-only API requests and read-only reporting requests needed to build the dashboard.
3. Data we store
We store the name, business name, and email supplied at sign-up; the connected Klaviyo account identity; imported reporting data; retention settings; and operational records needed to run and secure the service. Klaviyo credentials must be encrypted or held in the hosting platform’s secret store and are never stored as plaintext in an application row.
4. How data is used
Account and imported data is used to provide, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot this private dashboard. We do not resell your data to third parties. We do not publicly disclose your data. A disclosure may be made only when you direct us to do so or when required by applicable law.
5. Retention and deletion
Imported reporting data is retained for the full window the service has imported for the connected account and is not deleted on a fixed schedule. Sign-up details, account identity, and contact records are retained indefinitely. Security, billing, legal, and backup records may follow a separate deletion schedule. That schedule is not yet specified.
6. Service limits
The dashboard depends on Klaviyo and hosting providers. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. The dashboard is informational and does not provide legal, tax, financial, or business advice.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to misuse. You may ask to close your account and delete its data, subject to retention obligations that are not yet specified.
8. Changes and contact
This page does not yet identify the legal entity operating the service, governing law, contact details, effective date, notice process, liability terms, or any subprocessors.
